Terms & Conditions

Welcome to B.A.S.E. Awards, owned and operated by Qnox Advertising. By submitting a nomination or participating in any B.A.S.E. Awards activity, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

Nominations are open to individuals and organisations based in India. Nominees must be 18 years or older. Self-nominations and third-party nominations are both accepted, subject to verification.

2. Nomination Process

Submission of a nomination does not guarantee selection, shortlisting, or an award. All nominations are reviewed by the B.A.S.E. jury, whose decisions are final and binding. B.A.S.E. Awards reserves the right to disqualify any nomination deemed incomplete, fraudulent, or misleading without notice.

3. Information Accuracy

All information submitted must be accurate and truthful. Submission of false, misleading, or inaccurate information will result in immediate disqualification. No refund of any fees paid shall be provided in such cases.

4. Photography & Cinematography Awards

Shortlisted candidates for the Photography & Cinematography Awards must be available for a one-day collaborative shoot in Mumbai on the assigned date. Travel, accommodation, and incidental expenses are not covered by B.A.S.E. Awards unless specifically stated in writing.

Submitted creative work will be evaluated by the jury and may be used by B.A.S.E. Awards / Qnox Advertising for promotional purposes (with full attribution to the creator) across digital, print, and social channels.

5. Intellectual Property

Nominees retain full ownership of all original work submitted. By participating, you grant B.A.S.E. Awards / Qnox Advertising a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and promote your submitted work for awards-related purposes only.

6. Payments & Fees

Any nomination, processing, registration, participation, or category fees once paid to B.A.S.E. Awards / Qnox Advertising are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances. Please review the full Refund Policy before making any payment.

7. Use of Image & Likeness

Selected nominees, winners, and runners-up consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, and brief biography by B.A.S.E. Awards for promotional, editorial, and archival use across all media — present and future — without further compensation.

8. Code of Conduct

All participants, nominees, and attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally. B.A.S.E. Awards reserves the right to revoke any nomination, award, or invitation in case of conduct deemed unfit or detrimental to the brand.

9. Cancellation & Changes

B.A.S.E. Awards / Qnox Advertising reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone, or cancel any part of the awards process, ceremony, or activity at any time without liability. Notice of major changes will be communicated via the registered email.

10. Limitation of Liability

B.A.S.E. Awards / Qnox Advertising shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the awards or use of this website.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
