We employ reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your application data for the duration of the current awards season and for archival, accounting, and legal compliance purposes thereafter. Photographs, videos, and other media produced during official B.A.S.E. Awards shoots are retained indefinitely as part of our creative archive (refer to the Terms & Conditions for media ownership details).

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your application to and participation in the B.A.S.E. Photography & Cinematography Awards 2026, operated by Qnox Advertising, Mumbai, India. By submitting an application and/or paying the application fee, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your application.
Shortlisted candidates will be personally invited to a one-day collaborative shoot in Mumbai. The following terms apply to the shoot:
All equipment must be provided by the shortlisted photographer or cinematographer. This includes — but is not limited to — cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, modifiers, reflectors, tripods, gimbals, monitors, audio gear, storage media, batteries, chargers, cables, and any accessories required for the shoot.
B.A.S.E. Awards (Qnox Advertising) shall not supply any photography or cinematography equipment. The use of personal equipment ensures every applicant is judged purely on vision, technique, and creative craft using their own tools.
The shoot location will be arranged and provided by B.A.S.E. Awards (Qnox Advertising). Details, address, and call time will be shared with shortlisted candidates in advance via email and WhatsApp. Travel to and from the location, as well as accommodation and meals in Mumbai (unless otherwise specified), shall be borne by the applicant.
The models assigned for the shoot day will be finalists of the Miss Fabb or Mrs Fabb pageant. These may include freshers (those new to professional shoots) as well as experienced pageant finalists. Model selection is at the sole discretion of the organisers, and specific model requests cannot be accommodated.
Applicants are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and respect towards models, crew, and all on-set personnel. Any disrespectful, inappropriate, or unprofessional conduct will result in immediate disqualification, removal from the premises, and forfeiture of the application fee — without prejudice to any other legal remedies available.
When the shoot concludes, all raw photographs and raw video footage captured during the day must be transferred ("dumped") onto the organiser's laptop on-site, before the applicant leaves the premises. This is a non-negotiable condition of participation. Failure to hand over the raw files at the end of the shoot will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any potential award, without refund.
Applicants are permitted (and encouraged) to retain their own copy of the raw files for editing and submission to the jury, but the organiser's copy must be transferred on-site at the end of the shoot day.
This section governs ownership and use of all visual material created during the B.A.S.E. Awards official shoot.
All photographs, video footage, raw files, edited deliverables, and any other media or creative work produced during the B.A.S.E. Awards official shoot day shall be jointly and equally co-owned in perpetuity by:
(a) The creator (the photographer or cinematographer who captured the work), and
(b) B.A.S.E. Awards / Qnox Advertising (the organiser).
Both parties shall hold full, independent, irrevocable, and perpetual rights to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt, exhibit, publish, license, and commercially exploit such media — separately or together — without obligation to seek permission from, or pay royalty to, the other party.
You expressly grant B.A.S.E. Awards, Qnox Advertising, and their associates the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use the media on any and all of the following platforms and mediums, including but not limited to:
Such use may be for any purpose, including but not limited to: marketing, advertising, brand campaigns, editorial content, case studies, portfolio showcases, awards promotion, partner promotions, and commercial exploitation.
The creator (photographer/cinematographer) is equally free to:
Whenever the creator uses the media, they shall include a credit line: "Created at B.A.S.E. Photography & Cinematography Awards 2026" or similar appropriate attribution.
B.A.S.E. Awards / Qnox Advertising shall arrange appropriate model releases with the assigned models, covering the joint co-ownership and permitted uses described above. The creator is not required to negotiate separate releases for the joint-use rights covered under these Terms.
Portfolio links, Instagram/Behance profiles, and pre-existing work submitted as part of your application remain the sole property of the applicant. B.A.S.E. Awards is granted a non-exclusive licence to view, reference, and discuss this work solely for the purpose of jury evaluation.
All information you submit must be accurate, current, and truthful. Submission of false, misleading, or plagiarised information will result in immediate disqualification at any stage — including after the award has been conferred — without refund of any fees paid. B.A.S.E. Awards reserves the right to revoke any award subsequently found to have been obtained through misrepresentation.
By submitting an application, you authorise B.A.S.E. Awards and Qnox Advertising to contact you via email, WhatsApp, SMS, and phone regarding your application and the awards programme. It is your responsibility to ensure the contact details you provide are accurate and that you monitor them for communications. Missed communications shall not be grounds for any claim against the organiser.
The organiser shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, technical failures, or any other force majeure events. In such cases, the awards process may be rescheduled, modified, or cancelled, with no obligation to refund.
B.A.S.E. Awards / Qnox Advertising reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, postpone, or cancel any part of the awards programme — including categories, judging criteria, timelines, prizes, venues, and these Terms — at any time, with or without notice. Such modifications shall not give rise to any claim by applicants.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless B.A.S.E. Awards, Qnox Advertising, their directors, employees, partners, associates, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your conduct during the shoot or any awards event, (c) any infringement by you of any third-party rights, or (d) any false information provided by you.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and B.A.S.E. Awards / Qnox Advertising in relation to your application and supersede all prior communications and understandings, whether written or oral.

This Refund Policy applies to all application fees and any other payments made to B.A.S.E. Awards / Qnox Advertising in connection with the B.A.S.E. Photography & Cinematography Awards 2026.
All application fees are strictly non-refundable under any and all circumstances. Once a payment has been successfully made, no refund — full or partial — shall be issued for any reason whatsoever.
By submitting your application and completing payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
The application fee covers the substantial operational, administrative, jury, location, model coordination, and review costs incurred by B.A.S.E. Awards from the moment your application is received. These costs are committed regardless of the outcome of any individual application. The strict no-refund policy is essential to maintain the integrity, sustainability, and quality of the awards programme.

Please save these for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of successful payment, please check your spam folder and then write to info@baseawards.in with your payment details.
In the extremely rare and exceptional case of a genuine duplicate payment (i.e., the same applicant has paid twice for the same application due to a technical glitch), and where this is verifiable from Razorpay transaction records, the duplicate amount may, at the sole discretion of B.A.S.E. Awards, be refunded — minus any payment gateway charges. Such requests must be raised within 7 (seven) days of the duplicate transaction, with supporting evidence, to info@baseawards.in. This is the only exception, and is granted as a matter of grace, not as a matter of right.
If your payment fails or is not successful, no amount will be deducted from your account. In the event that an amount is debited from your account but no successful payment confirmation is received from Razorpay within 7 working days, the amount shall be automatically reversed to your source account by Razorpay as per their standard timelines. B.A.S.E. Awards is not responsible for such reversal timelines — please contact Razorpay support directly.
Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card issuer in violation of this Refund Policy will result in:
